2 carrots, 2 white radishes, 200 grams of white cabbage, 3 sour apples, 200 grams of sour cream, 200 grams of mayonnaise, herbs, salt to taste

Step 1
Peel the radish, rinse and place in cold water for 20 minutes.

Grate the radish on a coarse grater, season with half the mayonnaise and put in the first layer in a salad bowl.

Grate the peeled carrots on a medium grater, salt and season with half the sour cream. Place the carrots evenly over the radish.
