Sour cream has a delicate taste and texture. It literally melts in your mouth. This cake is perfect for a festive meal.
It is necessary
- For cakes:
- 250 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of butter
- 250 grams of sour cream
- 320 grams of flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 bag of vanillin
- For the cream:
- 500 grams of sour cream
- 150 grams of sugar
- 1 bag of vanillin
- nuts (I took walnuts)
Instructions
Step 1
Put 50 g of butter (softened) in a deep bowl, add 100 g of sugar and vanillin. Now beat all this mass.
Step 2
Then add 80 grams of sugar and 125 grams of sour cream. Beat again. Now add the remaining 70 grams of sugar and 125 grams of sour cream. Whisk thoroughly.
Step 3
As well as sugar with sour cream, add flour (in equal parts in several steps) Stir thoroughly until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
Step 4
Now we divide the resulting mass into 2 parts, in one of which we add cocoa (you can not add, but then all the cakes will be the same color).

I baked the cakes in a split form, pre-covered with baking paper and greased with butter. So, we take a part of the dough and put it in a mold, distribute it evenly over the shape.
Step 6
We send our form with dough to a preheated 200 degrees oven. The cakes are baked for about 15 minutes. Remove from the mold, turn over and leave to cool. We drink the rest of the cakes in the same way.
Step 7
Now let's get into the cream. Put sour cream, sugar and vanillin in a deep bowl. Beat the whole mass with a mixer. If the mass has become lush. So the cream is ready.
Step 8
Now we take a light cake and grease it with cream, take the next cake of a dark color, coat it with cream. And so all the cakes. Then we need to decorate our cake. I sprinkled with grated walnuts and grated chocolate. It is necessary to leave the cake for a couple of hours, and then put it in the refrigerator.
