Step 1
Beat eggs with a whisk in a deep bowl together with kefir of any fat content or yogurt, add sugar, salt, flour. After mixing, the dough should be fluffy, light, without lumps, and not very thick. The pancake dough can also be kneaded in a mixer, it will be even faster.
Step 2
Pour a small amount of vegetable oil into a frying pan, heat well. Spoon the mixture onto a hot skillet. Quickly smooth out the pancakes with a spoon, making them round or oval. Fry on both sides until golden brown, about two minutes on each side.
Step 3
Serve ready-made pancakes immediately with hot tea. A classic addition to pancakes is sour cream. You can use syrup from any jam or honey melted in a water bath.
