  • - table salt - 60 grams
  • - ground black pepper - 20 grams
  • - coriander - 10 grams
  • - bay leaf - 4 pieces
  • - saucepan 3 liters - 1 piece
  • - skewers - 5 pieces
  • - charcoal in a package

Instructions

Step 1

Pour 1 liter of warm boiled water into a saucepan, add salt, pepper, coriander, vinegar essence and bay leaf. Stir until the salt is completely dissolved. Cut the onion into rings and cut the meat into pieces weighing at least 40 grams.

Step 2

Lay the meat and onions in the marinade. The onion rings must not come apart. After 1 hour, put oppression on the meat weighing no more than 0.5 kilograms. The meat is marinated for about 6 hours.

Step 3

Make a small fire and put charcoal on top of it. Cut the tomatoes into rings. On skewers, alternately chop pieces of meat, rings of onions and tomatoes. Place the skewers over the coals at a height of 10 - 15 centimeters. The heat should not be very intense. Turn the skewers periodically and pour the marinade over the meat. Cooking meat takes 30 minutes.
