    • 300 g of kefir;
    • 200 g semolina;

    • 2 bowls for dough;

    • dish for manna.

What if the guests are on the doorstep, but there is nothing to treat? In this case, a recipe for making a fruit pie with kefir will come to the rescue. It is very fast and requires inexpensive ingredients. While the guests are exchanging news, while the tea is being brewed, the cake will be ready.

The cake is prepared as follows. Melt butter or margarine in a water bath until liquid. Then, in a deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, add kefir, melted butter, soda and flour to the mixture. The consistency of the dough should be similar to pancake dough.

Wash the apples, peel them and seeds, and cut them into thin slices. Grease a baking dish with butter and put the apples in the baking dish, then pour the dough over them.

Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the dough into the baking dish. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake the manna for 40-50 minutes. Check readiness with a match, since semolina is baked for a long time.
