Instructions

Step 1

What if the guests are on the doorstep, but there is nothing to treat? In this case, a recipe for making a fruit pie with kefir will come to the rescue. It is very fast and requires inexpensive ingredients. While the guests are exchanging news, while the tea is being brewed, the cake will be ready.

The cake is prepared as follows. Melt butter or margarine in a water bath until liquid. Then, in a deep bowl, beat the eggs with sugar, add kefir, melted butter, soda and flour to the mixture. The consistency of the dough should be similar to pancake dough.

Step 2

Wash the apples, peel them and seeds, and cut them into thin slices. Grease a baking dish with butter and put the apples in the baking dish, then pour the dough over them.

Step 3

Place the pan in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake for 20 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cake cool in the oven. Remove the cake from the mold, place on a serving dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.

Step 4

If you have the time, you can do it. Ordinary semolina will seem unusually tasty to you. And even ardent opponents of semolina will love semolina after tasting such a pie.

The recipe for making manna is as follows. Pour the kefir into a bowl, gradually adding semolina and stirring constantly. The mixture should be smooth. Leave the resulting mixture for at least 40 minutes to swell the semolina. You can, covered with a lid or cling film, leave the semolina to swell for a couple of hours or even until the next day in the refrigerator.

Step 5

Break the eggs into a bowl, add sugar and a pinch of salt to them, then beat the eggs with sugar and salt. Add baking soda to the mixture. Add the beaten eggs to the semolina with kefir and mix thoroughly.

Step 6

Grease a baking dish with butter and pour the dough into the baking dish. Place the mold in an oven preheated to 190 degrees and bake the manna for 40-50 minutes. Check readiness with a match, since semolina is baked for a long time.

Leave the finished manna in the oven for 5 minutes. Then take it out of the oven, put it on a dish and serve. You can anoint the manna with jam or sour cream.
