Few people will be able to refuse a tidbit of delicate salted fish, cut into thin slices. And baked steaks will certainly awaken the strongest appetite.

To do this, take 2 tbsp for 300-400 g of red fish. tablespoons of salt without top, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sugar, black and white ground pepper. Spread the fish along the ridge into two parts, grind them well from a mixture of salt, sugar and pepper and wrap in a linen cloth. If you need fish urgently, put it in the refrigerator, after 3 days it will be ready. If the festive event takes place in a month, then in the freezer, the fish will turn out to be lightly salted, tender.
Step 2
Red fish is incredibly tasty in the first and second courses. If you got a whole fish, then prepare an amazing ear from the head and tail. Fill a pot with water, and while the water is boiling, wash well and cut the fish into chunks. Now take vegetables (potatoes, carrots, onions), peel, wash and cut into cubes or cubes. Throw them in boiling water, add salt. Boil for 5 minutes and toss the fish into the pot. Cook for 20-25 minutes. It remains to add bay leaf, ground pepper and peas. Serve with finely chopped dill.
Step 3
The carcass of the fish can be cut into steaks and baked. Line a baking sheet with foil, place the pieces of red fish on it, sprinkle with coarse sea salt on top and sprinkle with lemon juice. Place the baking sheet in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes and bake until tender. Do not overexpose the fish to keep it tender.
Step 4
By this principle, you can cook portioned steaks. To do this, sprinkle 3 cm thick steaks with salt, pepper and sprinkle with lemon. On the foil, put a layer of thinly chopped onions, fish on it, rub a little butter on top and wrap the foil in an envelope. Place the fish in a preheated oven for 20 minutes and enjoy an amazing healthy meal. Such fish can be served with any side dish, or you can do without it.
