To prepare a steak, you will need products:
- 1.5 kg of fresh beef;
- 5 tbsp. flour;
- 360 g of meat broth;
- 5 tbsp. butter;
- 80 g of any red wine;
- 80 g of currant juice;
- a bunch of any greenery;
- salt, ground black and red pepper according to your taste.
Rinse the meat thoroughly, cut into small wedges. Put in a bowl, add a mixture of red and black pepper, salt to your taste. Mix everything thoroughly. Grease a skillet with oil, lay out the meat, fry it for 3 minutes on each side. Grease a baking sheet with oil, put the meat. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 ° C, send the steaks there for 15 minutes.
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Then fry the flour until golden brown. Pour the meat broth into the flour little by little, stir so that there are no lumps. When the sauce has boiled, cook it for another 10 minutes. Pour in wine and currant juice, pour in a little ground red pepper, salt to taste.
