Cutlets made from chicken meat are not only incredibly tasty and appetizing, but also quite satisfying. The process of making them is pretty simple. You won't waste a lot of time.

- • 800 g chicken fillet;
- • 150 g of loaf;
- • 100 g of creamy milk;
- • ground black pepper, salt and favorite spices;
- • 2 chicken eggs;
- • 2 medium sized onions;
- • 100 g of sunflower oil (preferably odorless).
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet under water and then pat dry with paper towels or napkins. Then the fillet should be cut into not very large pieces.
Step 2
Remove the husk from the onion and rinse it. After that, each head of onion will need to be cut into at least 4 pieces.
Step 3
Cut off the required amount of loaf. Pour cow's milk into a deep cup and immerse the pieces of loaf in it. They should soften well in it.
Step 4
To make minced chicken, you need a meat grinder. It is necessary to pass through it not only the chicken fillet, but also the prepared onion, as well as the pre-soaked and squeezed loaf. In order for the minced meat to turn out more tender, it should be passed through a meat grinder 2 times.
Step 5
Break chicken eggs into the minced meat (if the minced meat is not very thick, then it is better to add 1 egg to it), add black ground pepper, salt and spices to taste. You can also add chopped dried herbs to the minced meat. Then the minced meat is mixed.
Step 6
Place a frying pan on a hot stove and add sunflower oil to it. After it gets hot, cutlets need to be dipped into it.
Step 7
Fry the patties on both sides over medium heat. During frying, the pan must be covered with a lid so that the patties are fried.
