It is necessary

  • 1 kg of sweet apples;
  • 900 g of Isabella grapes;
  • 1.5 kg of granulated sugar;
  • 0.5 cups of water;
  • colander;
  • enameled saucepan with a capacity of 3 liters;

Instructions

Step 1

Separate the grapes from the clusters, remove the damaged grapes and rinse in warm water. Put the peeled and washed grapes in a colander and let the water drain. Other grape varieties can be used for jam. If you take sweet raisins, then reduce sugar by half a kilogram.
