Instructions

Step 1

Beat 3 eggs with 0.5 cups granulated sugar until a thick, stable foam forms. Add 0.5 cups flour and quickly knead the dough.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper. Pour the dough over it and smooth over the entire surface of the baking sheet.

Place the baking sheet with the dough in an oven preheated to 200 degrees. Bake the roll for 7-10 minutes until golden brown. Do not overdry it, otherwise the roll will crack when folded.
