Step 1

Mix sour cream with milk until smooth. Lubricate each sheet of pita bread with the resulting mixture. We will cook apple flammkuchen with cinnamon in the oven.

You can buy ready-made Armenian lavash or cook it yourself. In fact, there is nothing difficult about this: mix 2 tablespoons of water with 1, 5 teaspoons of salt, add flour until you get a not very tough dough (unleavened dough should knead easily). Leave him aside for half an hour. Divide the tetso into 2 parts, each into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece to the size of the pan, bake on each side in a dry skillet. When dark spots appear, turn the pita bread to the other side.

Rinse the apple, remove the pits and core from it, cut into thin slices. Put the apple slices on pita bread, sprinkle with sugar with cinnamon and chopped almonds, put in the oven for 5-7 minutes, cook at 200 degrees. After that, add the raisins (otherwise it will burn, you can still soak it for an hour in rum or tea) and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Bake the second sheet of pita bread in the same way.

Step 4

Remove flammkuchen from oven, cut each into 4 pieces, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
