You can make pickle with different ingredients. Someone prefers to cook pickle with barley, someone with rice. But the basis of this soup is the same - pickles or cucumber pickle. Preparing pickle is no more difficult than any other soup, the main thing is, following the recipe, not to confuse pickle with hodgepodge
Ingredients:
- Meat (chicken, beef, pork) 500 grams,
- Pickled cucumbers 3 pieces,
- 3 potatoes,
- Onion 2 pieces,
- Carrots 1 pc.
Sequencing:
Before preparing the pickle, rinse the meat and boil the broth. Place 1 peeled onion, black peppercorns and bay leaf in it. Then take out the meat and cut it into cubes.
Cut pickled cucumbers into strips and fry with carrots and onions in a pan for 7-10 minutes.
Next, fry the tomato paste with vegetable oil. Rinse the rice and pour into the broth, remove the onion before that. After 3-4 minutes, place potatoes, cucumbers with onions and carrots and meat in the pickle. Cook until each product is cooked through.
Pickle is served with sour cream.
