I really love to cook, especially the first courses. Not a single meal is complete without them. The soup improves digestion and stomach function. I know a lot of recipes for first courses. Today I want to share with you the method of making pickle. But not ordinary, but rice. Slightly different from the traditional one, but in my opinion, rice tastes even better, softer!
It is necessary
- - 3 liters of chicken broth,
- - 2 carrots,
- - 1 onion,
- - 4 pickled cucumbers,
- - 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
- - 1/3 cup rice
- - 5 potatoes,
- - vegetable or olive oil,
- - salt,
- - pepper, dill, parsley, green onions.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the rice. Put chicken broth on fire and bring to a boil. Put potatoes and rice cut into small pieces into the boiling broth.
Step 2
At this time, cut the cucumbers into cubes. Finely chop the onion and three carrots. We take a frying pan, pour in a little sunflower or olive oil, fry all the ingredients. Now pour in a little water and 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste, simmer for 2 min.
Step 3
Send fried grated carrots, chopped onions and rice to the broth. Cook for another 5-10 minutes. Season with pepper and finely chopped herbs.
