  • chicken hearts - 200 g;
  • chicken liver - 350 g;
  • yellow onion - 2 heads;
  • chopped tomatoes - 450 g;
  • red onion - half a head;
  • garlic - 5 cloves;
  • cilantro - 1 bunch;
  • dry chili pepper - 0.5 tsp;
  • hops-suneli - 1 tbsp;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • black pepper, salt;
  • Garnet;
  • white bread or pita bread - 6 slices;
  • hard cheese - 50 g.

Instructions

Step 1

Put a non-stick frying pan with a saucepan over medium heat, pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil into them. Place the tomatoes on top of the skillet and turn up the heat. Add the chili and suneli hops, cover and simmer for 7 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Chop the garlic and onion into half rings, place in a saucepan and simmer for 2 minutes. Wash the giblets and dry them with a paper towel. Increase the temperature of the burner still, place the hearts in the saucepan.

Step 3

After five minutes, place the chicken liver in a saucepan. Add pepper and salt. Simmer for 2 minutes - the liver will change color and be light brown. Pour the tomato liquid from the pan into a saucepan, stir well and cover. Continue cooking for another 5 minutes.

Step 4

Bring the oven temperature to 220 degrees. Use the flat side of a knife to crush the croutons garlic. Grate pieces of bread or pita bread with these cloves. Leftover garlic can be left on the bread. Put the slices on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil and sprinkle with suneli hops, grate the cheese on top. In this form, place for 5 minutes on the upper level of the oven.

Rinse the cilantro and red onion under running water. Cut them into pieces. Remove the seeds from the pomegranate. Remove the saucepan from the stove, add onion, cilantro and pomegranate. Mix everything well. Remove the croutons from the oven, the pita bread or bread should be crispy, and the cheese should be melted. Chakhokhbili is ready, you can serve it with croutons to the table.
