Sweet pastries are not the last in Tatar cuisine. She, undoubtedly, is all very tasty, but I want to dwell on one dish - Tatar sour cream. It is distinguished by its special airy taste. Having prepared this delicacy once, you will always want to bake it.
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - dry yeast - 7 g;
- - milk - 250 ml;
- - butter - 60 g;
- - sugar - 45 g;
- - flour - 400 g;
- - salt - a pinch.
- For filling:
- - sour cream 25% - 500 g;
- - eggs - 4 pcs;
- - sugar - 6 tablespoons;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 sachet.
Instructions
Step 1
Warm the milk slightly and add dry yeast to it. Combine granulated sugar and flour sifted with salt in a separate bowl. Mix yeast mixture with flour. Mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Add pre-melted butter to the mixture. Knead the dough from this mass. Do this until it practically sticks to your hands.
Step 3
Roll the finished dough in such a way that you get a ball. Grease a deep cup with olive oil and place in it, covering the resulting figure with cling film. In this form, place in a warm place until the dough volume is 2 times larger, that is, for about 2 hours.
Step 4
While the dough is rising, prepare the filling for the future sour cream. To do this, combine vanilla sugar, sour cream and eggs. Stir this mixture thoroughly.
Step 5
The dough has risen. Take a rolling pin, roll it into a layer and place it on a round collapsible baking dish. Cut the edges at the same distance. Then put the curd filling there, carefully distributing it over the entire surface.
Step 6
Preheat the oven to a temperature of 180 degrees and send the dish into it for about 30-40 minutes. Leave the finished baked goods in the refrigerator overnight. The Tatar sour cream is ready!
