Put spinach and butter in a preheated pan, stir until defrosting, add peeled and chopped potatoes to spinach, fry. Fill with a mixture of eggs, sour cream, flour. Sprinkle with Parmesan, cover and fry until eggs set.

If there is chicken left from dinner, then you can make sandwiches or pita rolls for work from it. And it doesn't matter in what way you cooked the chicken - boiled, fried or baked. Just cut it into strips or large cubes, add bell peppers, olives, cucumbers, tomatoes cut in the same way. Lettuce leaves are a great addition. We wrap everything in pita bread, pack it in parchment.

Lavash is smeared with sauce (you can use soft cream cheese), a mixture of chicken, pieces of pepper and olives is laid on it. Roll the lavash into a roll, wrap it in parchment.

Couscous with feta cheese and mushrooms

We take half a glass of couscous, 4 mushrooms, a couple of tomatoes, feta cheese 50 g, a clove of garlic, thyme, herbs, salt.

From the pasta left over from dinner, you can prepare a hearty and tasty salad for work. The classic option is canned fish. But you can turn on your imagination and add ham, corn, green peas.

Pasta and tuna salad

We will need: a can of canned tuna, 300 g of ready-made pasta, 200 g of green peas, 200 g of celery, 1 pepper, 150 g of yogurt.

Mash tuna in a plate with a fork, mix with boiled pasta. Add chopped celery, peppers and onions. In another bowl, make a dressing: mix yogurt, mustard, lemon juice. Season salad, mix gently, chill for an hour. Then serve.
