    • 50 ml port wine;
    • 125 ml of water;
    • 2 tbsp raisins;
    • a handful of pine nuts;
    • a pinch of saffron;
    • salt;
    • cilantro.

Instructions

Step 1

Lemon baked seabass Peel, gut and wash the fish. Dry it with a towel and rub on top and inside with a mixture of salt and caraway seeds.

Line a baking sheet on which the sea bass will be baked with two layers of foil. Put some of the lemon slices on it and place the fish on them. Place a few lemon slices inside the seabass carcasses, and lay the rest on top, as if covering the fish. Close it on top with two more layers of foil, fold the edges and seal with an envelope.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius and place the baking sheet with fish in it for fifteen minutes. After that, take out the sea bass, open the foil, grease the fish on top with butter and put back in the oven for another ten minutes and bake until cooked.

Prepare the sauce. Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and mix it with the olive oil. Add warm fish stock and mix well. Pour the sauce over the fish meat before serving.
