What dishes go well with white wine

Dry white wine can be served with fish in a monastery style. To prepare this dish you need to take:

- 250 g perch fillet;

- 250 g trout fillet;

- 850 g of potatoes;

- 2 heads of onions;

- 250 g of champignons;

- 1 egg;

- 30 g of hard cheese;

- 50 g butter;

- 150 g of vegetable oil;

- 500 g sour cream;

- 1 tbsp. l. flour.

Peel the potatoes, wash, cut into strips and fry in a pan with half the rate of vegetable oil. Hard boil the egg, peel and cut into circles. Cut the peeled onions into small cubes, and the mushrooms into pieces and fry in the remaining vegetable oil. Grate the cheese on a medium grater. Fry the flour in a clean dry frying pan and, stirring occasionally, add sour cream and butter. Bring the sauce to a boil.

Wash the fish fillets, dry, cut into pieces of the desired size, bread in flour and place in a baking dish. Put potatoes, mushrooms, onions, eggs on top, cover with sour cream sauce and sprinkle with cheese on top. Put in the oven for 30-35 minutes and bake at 200 ° C.

Semi-sweet and sweet white wines should not be served with coffee and chocolate desserts. It goes well with crème brulee, sour refreshing dishes, biscuits and fruit cakes. For example, white nutmeg, tokay, sherry or Madeira can be served with the "Temptation" dessert. It will require:

- 1 glass of 20% cream;

- 170 g icing sugar;

- ½ cup frozen raspberries;

- 10 g of gelatin;

- 2 kiwi;

- 100 g fresh strawberries.

First of all, defrost the raspberries and rub them through a sieve. The resulting puree with powdered sugar and cream whipped into a strong thick foam. Without stopping stirring, pour in a thin stream of gelatin dissolved in a small amount of lukewarm water. Then quickly pour the cream into wide-necked glass glasses or bowls and refrigerate for an hour and a half until the gelatin hardens. Before serving the dessert, steal with slices of peeled kiwi and fresh strawberries.
