The main thing is to emphasize the delicate taste and texture. There are a lot of recipes for cooking trout. The fish baked on the grill is very tasty. Step 1
Take the fish, clean it by removing the insides. Rinse well under running water. Dry and wipe with a clean cloth.

Prepare salt and pepper. Mix them together. Rub the spices over the fish.
