Take the finished trout, peel off the scales from it and carefully gut the carcass through the abdomen, without damaging the gallbladder, rinse thoroughly with water. Make sure to make cuts on the entire surface of the fish.

Thoroughly salt the trout both on both sides of the carcass and inside, sprinkle a little with lemon juice.

Grease bell peppers with olive oil or vegetable oil and put in a preheated oven to brown a little. After that, take out, cut, peel, remove all seeds and chop finely.

Cut the lemon and onion into thin rings. The onion can be squeezed out beforehand. Put everything in the middle of the trout. You can also add greens here to taste.
