Muffins are portioned muffins that are usually made using small, grooved tins. If desired, you can put a paper capsule in each mold, then the finished baked goods will look very neat and aesthetically pleasing.
It is necessary
- - 150 ml flour
- - 100 ml sugar
- - 50 ml odorless sunflower oil
- - 50 ml unsweetened natural yogurt
- - 1 small chicken egg
- - 1 ripe medium-sized banana
- - 1 tbsp. spoon with a slide of cocoa powder
- - 1/2 sachet of baking powder

Step 1
Sift wheat flour and baking powder into a clean bowl.
Step 2
Then take another dish, beat in a chicken egg, add granulated sugar, stir in sunflower oil and natural yogurt. Whisk with a whisk until smooth.
Step 3
Stir the egg mass into the flour and stir until smooth.
Step 4
Wash the banana, remove the peel from it, and chop the pulp with a fork.
Step 5
Stir the banana pulp and cocoa powder into the flour mass.
Step 6
Knead the chocolate dough, which should have a smooth consistency.
Step 7
Dispense paper capsules into muffin tins. It is not necessary to lubricate with oil.
Step 8
Now fill their dough about two-thirds full. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius and bake for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Check the muffins for readiness with a wooden skewer or toothpick - it should come out dry from the dough. Remove the finished muffins from the oven and let cool slightly.

Remove the muffins, along with the paper inserts, from the molds, place on a serving dish, and serve immediately. Dust the muffin tops with powdered sugar if desired.
