- Egg - 1 piece,
- Vodka - 1 tbsp. the spoon,
- Sour cream - 1 tbsp. spoon (no top),
- Flour,
- Vegetable oil,
- Powdered sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a large bowl, break 1 egg into it and add 1 tablespoon of vodka. Whisk quickly with a spoon.

Add 1 level tablespoon sour cream, continue whisking.
Step 3
Add flour and knead the dough to a consistency like dumplings.
Step 4
Place the dough in the cold (freezer) for 20 minutes to cool.
Step 5
Remove the dough from the freezer and roll it out thinly-thinly with a rolling pin and flour.
Step 6
Prepare thin strips of dough. Usually they do this: cut out a rectangle, make an incision in the middle, then turn one side out through the incision - a twisted strip is obtained.
Step 7
The brushwood is fried in oil. It is very convenient to cook this dish in a multicooker - in this case, use the "frying" mode. Pour in vegetable oil. In terms of quantity, you need so much so that the pieces of dough float in it. You do not need to close the lid.
Step 8
Fry the brushwood on both sides, turning occasionally, until golden brown.
Step 9
First put the finished brushwood on a plate lined with paper towels so that the oil is glass.
Step 10
Transfer the brushwood to a large plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool. The dish is ready!
