First you need to squeeze the curd well through cheesecloth. When the cottage cheese has been rid of excess liquid, rub it through a sieve or remove lumps with a blender.

Soften butter, add sugar or powdered sugar.

Combine cottage cheese and butter with sugar. Rub with vanilla. Add condensed milk and sour cream to the curd-oil mixture.

Wash the raisins and dry them well.

Add raisins, candied fruits, nuts to the curd mass. Mix everything well.
