Recipe for wafer rolls with boiled condensed milk

In order to bake wafer rolls at home, you will need the following ingredients:

- 250 g wheat flour;

- 250 g granulated sugar;

- 200 g margarine;

- 5 chicken eggs.

For the cream:

- 1 can of boiled condensed milk.

Beat eggs with granulated sugar. Then add melted margarine and stir well. Continuing to stir, add flour sifted through a fine sieve.

According to the consistency, the dough for wafer rolls should turn out like thick sour cream.

Lubricate the waffle iron with oil. Pour 2 tbsp into it. spoons of dough and spread evenly over the surface. Close the lid and bake for a few minutes (2-5), checking the doneness. Carefully remove the finished waffle from the waffle iron and, without allowing it to cool, quickly roll it up.

Wafer rolls are perfectly stored, they can be prepared for future use - then all that remains is to fill them with filling.

When all the tubes are ready, fill them with boiled condensed milk and lightly sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Protein Cream Wafer Rolls Recipe

Required Ingredients:

For the test:

- 200 g of butter;

- 350 g of wheat flour;

- 200 g of granulated sugar;

- 4 chicken eggs;

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar.

For the cream:

- 4 tablespoons of powdered sugar;

- 2 egg whites.

Whisk the eggs into a deep bowl. Add granulated sugar, vanilla sugar and whisk thoroughly. Melt the butter and pour into the egg mass. Mix well. Gently add the sifted flour and stir - no lumps should form in the dough.

Lubricate a preheated electric waffle iron with a little vegetable oil. Pour some dough into it (about 1 tablespoon) and smooth over the surface. Close the waffle iron tightly by pressing down on both edges and bake for about 5 minutes. Make sure the waffles are not overcooked or they will taste bad.

Quickly twist the finished hot waffle with a tube, as it will not be possible to give any shape to the cooled wafer.

Prepare all the tubes in the same way.

Whisk in the egg whites, gradually adding in the icing sugar. Continue whisking until a thick, stable foam forms.

Use a piping bag with a star attachment to fill the wafer rolls with cream.

Fill all the tubes one by one with the protein cream.
