- - flour - 2 glasses;

Step 1
Sort fresh or thawed sea buckthorn berries, rinse. Mix in a deep bowl with kefir of any fat content. Add baking soda and stir.

The resulting sea buckthorn mass should stand for 5-10 minutes. Then add eggs, vanillin on the tip of a knife, sugar and flour to it. Stir the dough well. Make sure that the dough does not become too thick, it should slowly pour into the mold.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees. Prepare a muffin pan, coat with butter and dust with flour. Pour the dough into it, smooth the surface. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
Step 4
Sprinkle the finished sea buckthorn cake with icing sugar, cut into pieces and serve.
