In the summer you always want to look good, for which you have to limit yourself in food. Lemon baked meat is a godsend for a light lunch
It is necessary
- 600 gr. pork,
- 2 pcs. lemon,
- 200 ml. pomegranate sauce
- 30 ml. olive oil,
- 10 gr. curry,
- 700 gr. potatoes,
- salt and pepper to taste, herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
First you need to marinate the meat. Wash the pork, cut into cubes. Add salt and pepper, put in a bowl, pour over the pomegranate sauce, add curry and 1 tsp. olive oil. Mix everything well. Cover and marinate for 4 hours in the refrigerator.
Step 2
Remove the meat from the marinade, fry in olive oil on all sides for 5 minutes. Transfer to a baking dish, bake for 30 minutes. at a temperature of 180 degrees.
Step 3
Cut the lemon into slices, remove the seeds. Remove the meat from the oven, pour over the remaining marinade, add coarsely chopped potatoes and lemon. Stir and bake everything together for another 1 hour. Decorate the finished dish with lemon and herbs.
