Preparing for a festive feast takes a lot of time, so the simplest festive salads are often used. A very simple and interesting salad Amanita from tomatoes and eggs can be prepared even by a child or teenager. On the festive table, such an appetizer looks fresh and fun.

- - 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise,

Step 1
To prepare this simple delicious festive salad, you need to boil hard-boiled eggs, peel them from the shell. Then, with a sharp knife, cut off the tops from both sides. Carefully, trying not to damage the protein, take out the yolks with a teaspoon.
Step 2
Wash and finely chop the onion. Put the pan on the fire, melt the butter and fry the onion until golden brown.
Step 3
Mix the fried onions with the yolks, salt, grind with a fork and stuff the egg whites. Put the rest of the mixture on a dish, pour with mayonnaise and put the eggs.

Wash tomatoes, cut in half. Make a depression in the pulp and put on the eggs like hats. These are the future
