Chicken meat is light, dietary, and most importantly, easy to cook. Therefore, young housewives love to do it so much. But it's not enough just to cook the chicken, you need to marinate it correctly. It is the marinades that impregnate the meat with aromas and tastes, which makes it soft and tender.
Marinade with spices
For 1 kilogram of chicken, take:
-mayonnaise - 500 grams;
- mustard - 1 tbsp. the spoon;
-lemon - 1 piece;
- onion - 1 head;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- pepper and salt to taste.
Wash the lemon and remove all seeds. Chop finely. Peel the cloves of garlic and pass through the garlic press. Peel the onion and cut into half rings. Mix mayonnaise and mustard thoroughly. Add salt and pepper. Stir again and combine the whole mixture with lemon slices and onions. Pour the prepared marinade over the chicken. Stir and marinate for 5-6 hours.
Vegetable marinade for chicken
Ingredients:
- sour cream - 300 grams;
- green onion feathers - a bunch;
- dill - a bunch;
- bell pepper - 1 large;
-sea cabbage - 200 grams;
-lemon - 1 piece;
- black peppercorns - 10 pcs;
-vegetable oil;
- garlic - 4 cloves.
Cut all vegetables very finely. Mix with sour cream and herbs. Squeeze the lemon into the marinade. Dip the chicken in the marinade and refrigerate for a couple of hours.
After that, take out the chicken and wipe it with a napkin to get rid of the marinade, since the meat is already sufficiently saturated with it. Rub all the pieces with additional garlic, which you pass through the press. Brush the slices with sunflower oil and sprinkle with pepper.
Now send to the oven. It will turn out very tasty.
Marinade Recipe - Injections
For this unusual marinade you will need:
-water - 0.7 l;
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- lemon juice - 100 grams;
-salt - 3 teaspoons;
- black pepper - the quantity is optional;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
-white wine - 100 grams;
-nutmeg;
-honey.
Combine all ingredients except nutmeg, wine and honey and mix well. Take a syringe and gently inject the resulting marinade into the chicken. Mix white wine and honey, add nutmeg there. Spread the mixture over the chicken. Marinate for 3 hours. Send the chicken to the oven and bake until tender.
Marinade with soy sauce
For such a simple and easy-to-prepare marinade, you need to take:
- soy sauce - 100 ml;
- olive oil - 50 ml;
- garlic - 4 cloves;
- lemon juice - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- ground pepper, preferably black.
In a bowl, combine the sauce, oil and lemon juice. Squeeze the garlic into the mixture, sprinkle with pepper of your choice, mix everything. In such a sauce, the chicken is marinated quickly enough, an hour or two will be enough.
