An appetizer of lightly salted tomatoes will be an excellent addition to the daily menu, and will also look good on the festive table. The advantage of this recipe is that you need a minimum of ingredients. The composition of the dish can be changed at your discretion.

- –Fresh tomatoes of medium size (3-5 pcs.);
- - olive oil (15 ml);
- - garlic to taste;
- - dill and parsley in equal proportions;
- –Salt and sugar 5 g each;
- - mustard (5-7 g);
- - ground black pepper to taste;
- –Apple cider vinegar (5 ml).
Instructions
Step 1
Tomatoes should be thoroughly washed beforehand under running water, and then cut lengthwise into round pieces. The smaller the thickness of each piece, the faster the tomatoes will pickle.
Step 2
Next, take the greens and chop them finely with a sharp knife. Chop the garlic finely and grind with herbs into a homogeneous mass. Wait a while for the herbs with garlic to infuse.
Step 3
Refuel. To do this, mix well the oil, mustard, sugar, salt, vinegar and pepper in one cup. This is best done with a special culinary whisk. This will make the marinade smooth. In the finished marinade, the sugar and salt crystals must completely dissolve.
Step 4
Place the tomato slices in a deep plate in layers. Sprinkle each layer with herbs and season with marinade evenly. As a result, you should get "turrets" from tomato slices.
Step 5
Place the dishes with tomatoes in the refrigerator for 30-50 minutes. While the tomatoes are marinating, a large amount of juice will stand out, which can then be used as a vegetable sauce for any dishes.
Step 6
Cooked tomatoes can be served with soft cream cheese, or simply serve as a separate appetizer with one olive per slice.
