Thanks to plastic containers, the process of storing food has become much easier. They are airtight and compact, and also perfectly keep the shape of ready meals. They can be placed in several rows, stacking on top of each other in the refrigerator and also in the freezer.
Sometimes you wonder how crowded the shelves of modern supermarkets are with food. And seemingly natural products can be counted on the fingers: some additives, flavors, and all sorts of GMOs. Nevertheless, the following questions remain relevant to this day:
- How to keep food fresh and tasty?
- How to get rid of spoiled food less in the bin?
At least until recently, it was so. However, any or almost any problem can be solved, it only needs the right approach. So, first things first.
To extend the life of foods and dishes that have settled in the home refrigerator, as well as to avoid spoilage of the latter, they should be sent on temporary "business trips", sometimes even long ones, to the freezer. But before that, you need to place the provisions in plastic containers. The following products can be stored in a similar way:
- greens;
- berries;
- milk;
- baked goods;
- sausage;
- soups;
- garnish;
- cheeses.
As for the last "ingredient", it perfectly retains its appearance and taste after defrosting. But before placing it in the freezer, the cheese needs to be cut into thin slices and then placed in a container.
