What is the difference between white and rye bread

In addition, pay attention to yeast and yeast-free bread. The latter is more useful for the body. It is not so lush, but it does not destroy the intestinal microflora. If you nevertheless bought yeast, then dry it in a toaster or in a dry frying pan before use.
Bran bread will protect against cardiovascular diseases. Almost all nutrients are concentrated in its toasted crust.
But the most useful bread is considered to be spelled flour (spelled). It contains not only vitamins, but also amino acids. Spelled products can be consumed even by people sensitive to proteins of refined wheat varieties. Among other things, spelled bakery products have a pleasant nutty flavor. Of course, it is not always possible to find such bread on the shelves, but there is already a tendency to increase spelled products.
What to look for when choosing bread
Always look at the crust when choosing bread. If there are small bumps on the surface, then the bread was made from uneven flour. When choosing sliced bread, look at the slices.
