Cauliflower and yogurt are diet foods. Therefore, it will be very useful to combine them in one dish.

- -1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- -150 g natural yoghurt
- -1 clove of garlic
- -1 teaspoon turmeric powder

Step 1
We wash and clean the cauliflower. We divide it into small inflorescences. Throw in boiling salted water and blanch for about 4-5 minutes.
Step 2
At the same time, we make the sauce. In a cup, mix yoghurt, garlic squeezed through a crusher, finely chopped onion, lemon juice, turmeric, salt, pepper and let stand.
Step 3
We put the boiled cabbage in a colander so that water is drained from it.
Step 4
Mix flour, soda, garlic powder, curry, salt, pepper. Add cold water and stir until a pasty mass is obtained. Dip the cabbage in this batter and fry in boiling oil until golden brown.
Step 5
Put the fried cabbage on a paper towel so that the excess oil is absorbed into it. Serve cabbage with yoghurt sauce.
