The soup has a pleasant and mildly spicy taste. Perfect for a family dinner, it will appeal to both young family members and adults.
It is necessary
- - 2 liters of water;
- - 150 g of processed cheese;
- - 2 medium potatoes;
- - 45 g small pasta;
- - 200 g cream 15%;
- - one medium bow head;
- - 15 g butter;
- - 1 medium carrot;
- - 100-200 g ham;
- - 100 g of rye bread;
- - pepper, bay leaves, salt, herbs.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil on the stove. In the meantime, prepare the potatoes, cut into small cubes, put in cold water for 10 minutes - so that the excess starch disappears, then toss into a saucepan. Send salt and bay leaves there.
Step 2
Finely chop the prepared carrots and onions and send them to a preheated frying pan with oil, sauté. When the vegetables are almost ready, add the cream to the pan and leave for 6 minutes on the switched off stove, stir occasionally.
Step 3
Add pasta to the potato in a saucepan, stir, add a few drops of sunflower oil, mix again.
Step 4
Put the processed cheese into a certain amount of boiling broth to melt. Then pour the resulting mass into a saucepan.
Step 5
When the vegetables in the pan are ready, they must be moved to the pan, stir everything. Put finely chopped ham there and let the soup boil for a few minutes. Finally, add spices and finely chopped herbs.
Step 6
While the soup is boiling, you can make croutons: cut the bread into medium-sized cubes and fry in a pan with a little oil, add salt if desired.
Step 7
Pour the soup into bowls, sprinkle with herbs on top and throw in the croutons.
