Almost any kind of porridge can be cooked in the airfryer. Porridge turns out very tasty with milk diluted with water and the addition of raisins, lemon zest or vanillin. Salted porridge in an airfryer is best cooked neat or with the addition of vegetables, mushrooms or meat.

- Semolina;

Instructions
Step 1
Millet porridge Rinse the cereal thoroughly several times in cold water to remove the bitterness from it. Then pour boiling water over and drain the water. Next, put millet, raisins and dried apricots in a pot. Mix it all up. Pour cold milk over the bend of the pot and grease the inside of the bend with butter. Add salt and sugar to taste. Place the pot on the bottom rack of your Airfryer. Cook on medium fan speed at 260 degrees for about half an hour until golden brown. Then leave the pot in the airfryer for another 10 minutes.
Step 2
Rice porridge Rinse the rice and pour into the pot at the rate of 4 tablespoons per pot. Add sugar, salt, raisins, dried apricots and butter. Pour cold milk over the bend of the pot and grease the inside of the bend with butter. Close the lid and place the pot on the bottom wire rack of your Airfryer. Cook on medium fan speed at 260 degrees for about half an hour until golden brown. Then leave the pot in the airfryer for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Pour cereal into a pot, add salt, sugar and pour milk along the bend of the pot. Lubricate the bend with oil. Close the lid and cook at the highest speed and temperature for 20 minutes. Remove the lid, place a crust of bread on the porridge and continue to cook at 180 degrees on medium speed for 10-15 minutes.
Step 4
Buckwheat porridge Wash the cereal and roast well in a pan. Boil the mushrooms, chop finely and fry together with finely chopped onions and garlic. Put cereals, mushrooms in a pot and fill with water. Salt. Cook on the lower rack of the airfryer at high fan speed at 260 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Rinse the semolina in cold water and leave in it for 1-2 minutes. Then drain off excess water. Pour hot milk into the pot along the bend and add semolina, salt and sugar. Then, without covering, put it in the airfryer. Cook on high speed at 260 degrees for 10 minutes.
