- - 230 g tagliatelle pasta;
- - 200 g shrimp;
- - 350 g cherry tomatoes;
- - 25 g of greens of basil;
- - 2 cloves of garlic;
- - 8 tbsp. l. olive oil;
- - salt.
- You will also need a blender.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the garlic, rinse the basil, tear off the leaves. Grind the basil and garlic in a blender and add 6 tablespoons of olive oil.
Step 2
Wash the tomatoes, peel the shrimps. Boil the pasta over medium heat for 7-8 minutes after boiling.
Step 3
Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the shrimp for 1 minute on each side, season with salt. Transfer the shrimp to a bowl and cover.
Step 4
Put tomatoes in a frying pan, season with salt and simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add the garlic-basil mixture and stir. Remove vegetables from heat, add shrimp and stir again.
Step 5
Throw the prepared pasta into a colander, transfer to the shrimp with tomatoes and mix gently. Serve immediately, garnish with basil leaves.
