With the New Year approaching, I want to decorate my table so as to appease the animal symbolizing the year. For example, in the year of the Rabbit, you can make a salad in the form of a carrot. It is very easy to make it, you just need to give the dish the desired shape and arrange it correctly. Such a salad is suitable not only for the New Year, but also for a children's party.
It is necessary
- - chicken fillet 200 g
- - potatoes 300 g
- - fresh champignons 300 g
- - carrots 300 g
- - eggs 2 pcs.
- - onion 150 g
- - mayonnaise
- - a sprig of dill or parsley
- - salt
Instructions
Step 1
Peel potatoes and carrots, boil in salted water, cool and grate.
Step 2
Rinse the chicken fillet, cook until tender, cool and chop finely.
Step 3
Chop onions and mushrooms.
Step 4
Fry the onions in vegetable oil until golden brown. Then add mushrooms, a little salt and continue to fry until tender.
Step 5
Boil the eggs, cool and grate.

On a large flat dish, lay out all the ingredients in layers, forming a carrot: potatoes, mushrooms with onions, chicken fillet, eggs. Coat each layer with mayonnaise.
Step 7
The last layer is grated carrots. It should cover the salad abundantly, not only on top, but also on the sides. There should be no empty space anywhere.
Step 8
On the finished salad, you can gently make small grooves with a knife. We decorate the carrots with dill or parsley, which will act as tops.
