  • - 120 g butter.
  • Glaze:
  • - 30 g butter;
  • - 60 ml of milk;
  • - 100 g brown sugar;
  • - 20 g vanilla sugar;
  • - icing sugar.

Instructions

Step 1

First send the butter to the freezer: we need it cold. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the bananas directly in the peel into a preheated oven until they turn black. Then cool the fruit completely and peel.

Step 2

Combine all dry dough ingredients in a large bowl. Remove the butter from the freezer and grate it in a bowl with the flour mixture. Use your fingertips to quickly grind everything into crumbs.

Step 3

Purée peeled bananas with the addition of kefir. Add liquid ingredients to a bowl of flour crumbs. Stir so that all the ingredients just grab together. Place on a large baking sheet, lining it with parchment beforehand, and send it to the freezer to slightly freeze the dough (this will take about half an hour). This will make it easier for us to cut it into triangles.

Step 4

Prepare another baking sheet on which you will bake the scones. Remove the dough from the freezer, cut into portions and transfer to the second baking sheet (previously, again, lining it with baking paper).

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and send the triangles there for 20 minutes. Then the temperature in the oven should be lowered to 180 degrees and bake until golden brown, pleasant to the eye (about 15 minutes). Remove and let cool.

For the icing, in a small saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the butter in the milk, add the brown and vanilla sugar, wait until it dissolves, and remove from the stove. Start adding the icing sugar to the consistency you want. Pour the icing over the baked goods.
