Karidesli-mantarli guvec translated from Turkish is julienne with shrimps and mushrooms. There are many types of juliens in Turkey: with shrimps, vegetables, lamb, chicken. It turns out a hearty, tasty and unusual dish.

- - 2 bell peppers
- - 20 shrimps
- - 4 mushrooms
- - 200 ml cream
- - 150 g of hard cheese
- - 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste
- - red hot pepper
- - oregano
- - vegetable oil
Instructions
Step 1
Heat the vegetable oil, put the bell pepper, cut into pieces, fry for 3-5 minutes, add the onions and mushrooms, mix everything well, salt and pepper to taste. Then add tomato paste and stir everything.
Step 2
Simmer for 5-7 minutes with the lid closed, then add the shrimp and simmer for another 5 minutes.
Step 3
Add cream, mix well and simmer for another 7-10 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the julienne into the baking dish. Grate and garnish with hard cheese.
Step 5
Put in a preheated oven to 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. Serve hot julienne.
