If you like to eat pancakes for breakfast, then we offer you this recipe, according to which you can make healthy cheese pancakes. Green onions and parsley will add flavor to your breakfast.
It is necessary
- - 200 g feta cheese;
- - 1 bunch of fresh parsley and green onions;
- - 3 eggs;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of flour;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the parsley and green onions, and leave on paper towels for a while to dry out a little. After that, chop the herbs, add vegetable oil in a frying pan, pour the herbs into it and fry a little.
Step 2
Grate 200 g of feta cheese on a coarse grater, add chopped toasted greens to it (after frying, it should exude a pleasant rich aroma). Boil the eggs hard-boiled in advance, cool, chop finely, send to the feta cheese. Pour some flour into the mass, mix well. So the dough for our future pancakes is ready, it remains to fry them.
Step 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a clean frying pan, put the mixture in the pan with a wet spoon (you don't need to make large pancakes - this way they will fry faster, and it will be more convenient to eat them). Roast the pancakes until golden brown, then turn over and fry on the other side. Put the finished pancakes on a plate, and put the next batch of dough in the pan. In this way, prepare fritters from feta cheese and greens from all the dough.
Step 4
It is better to serve ready-made cheese and greens fritters warm, do not wait until they cool down. They are especially good with creamy sour cream.
