  • - feta cheese - 600 g;
  • - pitted olives - 10 pcs.;

  • - red onion - 1 head;
  • - garlic - 2 cloves;
  • - chopped oregano (dry) - 1 tsp;
  • - lemon - 1 pc.;
  • - olive oil - 2 tbsp. l.;
  • - ground red pepper - a pinch;
  • - salt - a pinch;
  • - parsley - for decoration.

Instructions

Step 1

Carefully cut the feta cheese into slices 2 cm thick, about 5 cm long. Place the pieces of cheese on the wire rack and bake in the oven at 220 degrees until golden brown (7-10 minutes).

Step 2

Remove the stalk from the tomato and cut into rings about 1 cm thick. Place the tomato rings on the cheese and bake for about 5 minutes more. Remove feta cheese, put on a dish and cool.

Step 3

Side dish preparation. Dry the olives and olives, cut into thin rings. Remove the stalk from the remaining tomato and cut into small cubes. Cut the onion into thin rings. Chop the garlic. Combine all ingredients (except onions), season with olive oil, lemon juice (2 tablespoons). salt, pepper, add oregano. Mix gently.
