It is necessary

  • • ½ kg of potatoes;
  • • sunflower oil;
  • • favorite spices (for example, nutmeg, basil, and black pepper);
  • • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • • 100 g of sausages (boiled or smoked);
  • • 200 g of cream (can be replaced with sour cream or milk);
  • • a small bunch of fresh herbs;
  • • salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes, rinse thoroughly and cut into sufficiently thin circles using a sharp knife.

Step 2

The bottom of the baking dish should be thoroughly greased with sunflower oil. Then put the prepared potato tubers into the mold in an even layer. Sprinkle them with the required amount of salt, as well as spices.

Step 3

After that, cream must be poured into the mold. Then the potatoes should be placed in an oven heated to 200 degrees. There, the potatoes should be cooked for about half an hour.

Step 4

After the vegetables in the baking dish are soft enough, remove them from the oven. Lay the sausage cut into small cubes evenly on top of the potatoes.

Step 5

Hard cheese must be chopped using a coarse grater. The resulting cheese mass must be evenly spread over the sausage and potatoes.

Step 6

After that, the form must be sent back to the oven. There, the casserole should be baked for about a quarter of an hour.

Step 7

Rinse the greens, let the water drain and chop quite finely with a sharp knife. It should be sprinkled on the surface of the dish after the cheese is completely melted.

Step 8

The finished casserole must be removed from the oven and allowed to cool slightly. After that, it is divided into portions and served to the table.
