Step 1

Whisk the softened butter with powdered sugar. The consistency of the mass should be uniform. Add the egg. Beat with a mixer.

Add flour, lemon zest. Knead the dough. It will turn out to be soft, elastic, will not stick to your hands.

Divide the dough into three parts: let the first be the largest, the second a little smaller, and the third very small. Add green dye to the largest part, knead with your hands to make the color uniform.

Don't add anything to the second part. Mash the third with cocoa powder. Place the dough in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Roll out the green dough to make a 25cm by 7cm rectangle - approx. Roll out a 25 cm long sausage from the light dough and place it on the green rectangle. Roll up. Wrapping the cling film in the dough, make the shape of the roll more correct.
