  • - 5 tbsp. butter.

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees and prepare a frying pan with a diameter of 25 cm: heat it together with the oven.

Step 2

Using a mixer, beat the eggs in a spacious bowl until lightening. Add sugar, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and milk. Sift flour and mix until smooth.

Step 3

With the help of a hand, we take out the hot frying pan from the oven (be careful not to burn yourself!). We put 5 tablespoons in it. butter. It will immediately start to melt. Wiggle the pan from side to side to thoroughly grease both the bottom and rim of the pan. You can also apply the oil to the surface with a brush, melting it beforehand.

Step 4

Finally, after mixing the dough with a spoon, pour it at once into a greased frying pan and send it to the oven for 20 - 25 minutes, until it increases in volume and browns. In no case do we open the oven so that the sides do not settle! While the pancake is baking, take care of the filling, as this dessert is usually served immediately. Fill it still hot, for example, with jam, put a little sour cream on top and serve.
