This salad has become a favorite of many gourmets. This dish is offered by almost all restaurants and cafes, but it is much more pleasant to make it yourself and enjoy the amazing taste of the salad without leaving your home. A light Greek salad will keep your figure in great shape.
It is necessary
- - 200 g of fresh cucumbers;
- - 1 sweet pepper;
- - 1 onion;
- - 200 g pitted olives;
- - 200 g of feta cheese;
- - 600 g tomato
- - 30 g of capers;
- - 50 ml. olive oil;

Step 1
Rinse all vegetables under running water.

Cut the cucumbers into circles, and the large cucumber can be cut in half. Rough skin is best removed with a peeler or knife.

Core the bell peppers and remove any remaining seeds. Cut it into rings and then into quarters.

Peel the onion and cut into rings. It is better to cut a large onion into half rings.
