Buns are round-shaped pieces of sweet butter yeast dough, sprinkled with sugar on top. Sometimes raisins, candied fruits, currants and grapes are added to buns.

Instructions

Heat some milk and add yeast.

Add 0.5 kg flour, stir well.

Place in a warm place for 30 minutes and cover with a towel.

The dough will double.

Add sugar and stir well.

Then add butter, eggs and stir.

Add the remaining flour and mix everything. The dough must be kneaded so that it does not stick to your hands and is not tough.

Place the dough again in a warm place. It should rise well in 60 minutes.

Combine cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling.

Take out the dough. Divide it into 3 parts to make it easier to roll it out. Each piece should be 3-4mm thick.

Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Step 12
Roll the dough into a tube, pinch the edges.

Cut into several rolls, make a small incision in each piece.

Prepare a baking sheet, grease it with oil and prepare baking paper.

Lay out the buns. Let them stand for a while, and then put them in a preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes at 180 C.
