Aromatic, mouth-watering banana buns will be a great addition to the table. These light baked goods can be served with tea or, for example, with milk for children. The buns are very airy, and the vanilla perfectly sets off the banana flavor.

- 25 gr. (1 sachet) dry yeast
- 3.5 cups wheat flour
- 1.5 cups milk or whey
- 2 egg yolks
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 2 bananas
- 100 g butter
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 0.5 sachets of vanillin
- butter for greasing buns
Instructions
Step 1
Dissolve the yeast in one glass of warm milk (30 degrees) after dissolving sugar in the milk. After 5-10 minutes, the yeast begins to "walk", a foam appears on the surface.
Step 2
In half of the sifted flour, add the rest of the milk, yeast and knead the dough. We put the dough in a warm place for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Mash bananas with a fork or blender. Rub butter with sugar, gradually adding bananas.
Step 4
After the dough has risen, add the rest of the flour, salt, creamy banana mass, vanillin and knead the dough.
Step 5
We put the dough to rise for 1, 5-2 hours in a warm place.
Step 6
Divide the finished dough into 10-12 equal parts and roll out in the form of koloboks. We spread the koloboks on a greased baking sheet with a distance of 1.5-2 cm.
Step 7
Before sending the product to the oven, it should stand in a warm place for 30 minutes. In this case, the baking sheet should be covered with a towel.
Step 8
We bake buns in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
