    • For the second recipe:
    • • Chicken drumstick - 10 pcs;
    • • Puff yeast-free dough - 1 pack;
    • • Mayonnaise - 100 g;
    • • Hard cheese - 200 g;
    • • Salt
    • pepper to taste;
    • • Garlic - 2-3 cloves;
    • • Vegetable oil - 2 tbsp;
    • • Chicken egg (for greasing) - 2 pcs.

Recipe 1. “Fried drumstick.” • Wash the drumstick, dry it and put it in a deep bowl. Season with plenty of salt, sprinkle with lemon juice. Add basil, coriander, mayonnaise, mustard, red pepper, squeeze out the garlic and mix everything. Tighten with cling film and place in a cold place for 2-3 hours • Heat oil in a frying pan and place the drumstick there. Brush the top with the sauce you marinated in. Fry until tender, turning occasionally. A golden brown crust should form on all sides of the drumstick • Peel the onion, cut into half rings and place on top of the grilled meat. Stir. Cover the pan with a lid, reduce heat and simmer for a few minutes, until the onion is cooked in. • Put the cooked drumstick on a dish, garnish with vegetables and herbs. Add a side dish; the shin is delicious, juicy and incredibly tender.

Recipe 2. “Chicken drumstick in boots.” • Defrost the dough in advance. Cut into strips 2-3 cm wide and roll them out to make them thinner, it is not recommended to do very thin ones. • Rinse and dry the drumstick well. Salt, pepper, rub with garlic. Add mayonnaise and stir. Soak for 30 minutes. • Cut the cheese into small pieces and place 3-4 pieces under the skin of each piece of meat from different sides. • Wrap each drumstick with a strip of dough, like a bandage, starting from the leg itself. • Grease the dough thoroughly with an egg. Pour oil in a deep frying pan or saucepan, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and place the drumstick in the batter in the boiling oil. Fry until golden brown. Then put everything on a baking sheet, pour the fat on which they were fried, and put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
