- 1 kg. potatoes
- 2 medium onions
- 4-5 cloves of garlic
- 1 carrot
- 100 g cream
- 50 gr. butter
- greens
- 2 bay leaves
- salt
- ground black pepper
- basil

Instructions
Step 1
Peel, wash and dice the potatoes.
Step 2
Cover with cold water and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the onion and chop finely.
Step 4
Peel and grate the carrots.
Step 5
Peel the garlic and chop finely.
Step 6
Saute onions and carrots over medium heat until half cooked.
Step 7
We drain half of the water from the potatoes, it should not be cooked.
Step 8
Add cream and toasted onions and carrots. Mix everything well.
Step 9
Close the lid, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 10
Open the lid, stir, add garlic, butter, basil and bay leaf. Salt and pepper the potatoes.
