If your children do not like to eat cottage cheese in its pure form, then try preparing healthy chicken fillet cottage cheese cutlets for them. This juicy, protein-rich dish turns out to be very tender and tasty. In addition, such cutlets are prepared as quickly as ordinary minced meat.

- - Chicken fillet - 0.5 kg;
- - Cottage cheese with a fat content of 5% - 200 g;
- - Large onions - 1 pc.;
- - Chicken egg - 1 pc.;
- - Fresh dill - 2 branches;
- - Ground black pepper;

- - Sunflower oil for frying.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the chicken fillet under running water and twist with a meat grinder. Including, you can grind it in a food processor or take ready-made minced chicken.

Peel the onions, cut into several pieces and also twist with a meat grinder or finely chop. Chop the dill.

Add cottage cheese, chicken egg, onion and dill to the minced chicken. Add a few pinches of salt and black pepper to taste. Mix everything well. For convenience, so that the cottage cheese mixes well with the minced meat, you can grind it first using a submersible blender.
