Step 1

Cooking noodles. Pour water into flour, add salt. Knead the tough dough and shape into a thick sausage. Grease the surface of the dough with oil. Leave for ten minutes, and then roll into a very thick and long layer, fold eighteen to thirty-six times and chop. Across the noodles are not cut, only along. Put water on the fire, salt and when the water boils, throw in the chopped noodles. When the noodles are cooked, rinse with cold water.
